NBC has convinced us that the Olympics are about the culmination of hard work and training, the breaking of records and the representation of nations across the world. However, it seems that the real action is taking place off the playing field. In a recent article, ESPN exposed the Olympic Village partying scene, from beer halls and a nightclub area to the reported 100,000 condoms on hand. One athlete likened it to “a frat party with a very nice gene pool.” Not surprising. When you take thousands of young, attractive and talented athletes and put them in the same place, there’s bound to be some sexual chemistry. If you’re lucky enough to gain entrance to this exclusive club, you’d better dress the part. Every guy knows that a gold medal is the way to a girl’s heart, or at least into her room. If you haven’t earned one, not to worry, this Vivienne Westwood medallion shirt should do the trick. Keep the rest simple and let your athleticism speak for itself.
