WHO GOES: The sun-kissed, glamorous, and well-heeled who don’t mind the glitz of around-the-clock Mediterranean island and pitch perfect service. Recent spottings include Adrien Brody, Naomi Campbell, and Vladimir Doronin.

THE LOOK: Designed by (Cipriani-favored) Florentine architect Michele Bonan, the restaurant takes over two floors with ample outdoor space. Striped marble mosaic floors, walnut wood and vintage furniture bring the classic Cipriani experience indoors, while the teak floors and blue and slick white furnishings of the exterior offer a more modern, airy touch.

TABLE TO REQUEST: Hit the rooftop terrace at sunset for unparalleled views of the harbor and Old Town while feasting on fresh fish and pizzas from the grill and sipping a classic Bellini.

SURE BETS: For the classic Cipriani family balance of nonchalance and fine dining, don’t miss the house favorites carpaccio, tagliolini gratinati and fegato alla Veneziana with grilled polenta straight off the menu at Harry’s Bar in Venice.

DON’T MISS: After 1 a.m., the restaurant turns into a full on dance party with a DJ (this is Ibiza after all), but if you’re still hungry you can choose between the terrace and the grill until the wee hours.
