Originally our event was supposed to be outside, but the rain and cold forced us to relocate downstairs. We did all of our prep on the roof, here I'm just finishing up my batches.

Gaz Regan shows up, he's the officiant for the upcoming wedding, Leo and I take a little break from cutting garnishes to catch up with him.

Canned Negroni Sbagliatos (Campari, Sweet Vermouth and Prosecco). These were extremely popular throughout the evening!

DJ Kiss kept the entire party dancing all night, including Leo.

The crowd surrounds Jacques and Francesco just before the wedding commences.

Davide and Lina are married by Gaz. Quite fitting that Gaz would be the officiant at this wedding, he drinks and serves more Campari than anyone I know.

Red Squares and Bolshois for the masses. Leo and I trying not to get Campari on our tuxes while we prepare cocktails for 500 people!

The bartending crew and Gaz. I don't know if I will ever stand that close to Gaz ever again, it was a tight fit to get us all in that shot, lucky for me he was gentle.
