What is it about white nail polish? Every couple of years, Hollywood falls in love with the shade again, as evidenced by the recent resurgence of pristine tips on the red carpet. Lea Michele has been spotted with them multiple times, most recently painted by Jenna Hipp with RGB White. Nail artist extraordinaire Madeline Poole, who pioneered the outline nail trend, first did it in simple white and black. Finally, like a stamp of approval, we also spotted stark white nails on spring runways, most notably Alice + Olivia, Karen Walker, and Rag & Bone. If this is not a hot nail trend, we don't know what is.
